HABITS

                                    Do you know anyone who has a bad habit? I had a bad drinking habit for many years. I no longer drink anymore. I quit the alcohol. Do you want to know how I did it?
                                    I started to realize that I wanted a better life. I wanted better things in life. I wanted to improve my life. I started a goal. I kept my mind, and my eyes focused on my goal. I kept telling myself, that if I went back to drinking again, I would lose all progress that I have made toward my goal. I didn't want that. If you want to quit a habit, make a goal for yourself. Keep your eyes on your goal, and keep telling yourself that if you go back to the habit, you lose all your progress towards the goal you are trying to achieve.
